Our KANPACK® thermal pallet covers provides an outer layer for your temperature-sensitive cargo against thermal and mishandling damage in transit. The demand for thermal pallet covers continues to grow as global economies expands and intercontinental shipping across different regions and hemispheres becomes regular practice, presenting many temperature-control challenges.
KANPACK® thermal pallet covers provides protection from all three means of heat transfer, be it radiation, conduction and convection. They guard against short temperature spikes that can threaten your temperature sensitive products’ integrity, often experienced during loading and off-loading specially at tarmac. By effectively reducing temperature exchange during breaks in the cold supply chain, thermal pallet covers provide more time for your products to move between temperature-controlled points in the chain.
This allows them to be transported or stored temporarily during shipping in uncontrolled temperature environments, situation which is very common. This also results in significant reduction in overall transportation cost, hence beneficial for you, your customer and environment. Using KANPACK® thermal pallet cover you can be more assured of quality and secured delivery of your temperature sensitive cargo.
KANPACK Thermal Covers key insulation material is made inhouse to ensure assured quality and performance even in extreme temperatures. Single and double enclosed air cell pocket layer is a high performing material in long range of temperature variation. Outer most layer is 97% reflective, which reflects a great amount of the visible spectrum solar radiation, reducing heat gain inside the pallet
Thermal Pallet Covers are made with qualified insulation materials which provide thermal protections to temperature sensitive goods against extreme weather conditions, reduce cost and chances of rejection. Air cells also give a protective cushioning to the cargo and protect it during transit

Two fully loaded carton boxes of 12*18 inches were used, one with KTC908 thermal cover properly fitted and one without cover. Data logger were placed inside each box beneath top surface, one more data logger was placed on the outer surface of the boxes such that its opposite to the data logger placed inside the box.
